new scprits for doslanalyze.pl and doslplot.pl

Now the doslanalyze.pl script can atomatically recognize whether it is a spin-polarized or non-polarized calculation. So the doslanalyze_p.pl script is no longer needed.
So does the doslplot.pl script.
