Interpolating POSCAR files for images in VASP 6.1.2

Dear VTSTTools developers,
I am trying to perform NEB calculations for Pt adsorbed on Pt surface. I am experiencing problem in generating interpolating POSCAR files for images. I downloaded VTST code and script and copied to my main directory, but whenever I am running the calculation, its giving error that POSCAR 01 and POSCAR 02 files doesn't exist. Since, I am a windows user so could not open this vtst code and script (so I opened these in 7zip software) and I moved this vtst code and script to WinSCP. But its not working. I am a beginner in this and kindly guide me as how to go ahead.
