• even though no one checks this stuff out, here are some neat papers about fractional derivatives for quantum mechanics:
  • fractional path integrals
  • fractional Schrodinger equation
  • fractional QM ...
    • a while back i posted a paper about fractional rydberg states in some UV spec... which is interesting to look at with the "fractional schrodinger EQ" paper above.

• As I mentioned at the Crown, this is the town in Pennsylvania that a garbage dump fire in 1962 lit a coal vein below the town. Centralia is basically a ghost town now where the ground vents CO and sulfurous gases and roads buckle and collapse. While I'm at it, there is the Pennsylvania turnpike and the Abandoned Pennsylvania turnpike that is insanely creepy. - Zach
