We are upgrading the hardware on our main server soon and we might be out of work for the next day or so. Everything should be working fine by the 20th.

The server is back up. The upgrade took a little longer than expected but we are now running an up to date operating system and have a much larger raid array! Right now only one small simulation is running, but there will be more and longer workunits on the way.

The latest OS X client should now work on 10.5 and higher.

Due to a cooling failure in the building where our eon server is housed the server was down for about 15 hours. Everything should be back up and running now.

After many years, we are shutting down the EON project. It was very productive, at times, and we are appreciative of all contributions -- thank you!

Might have been nice to announce this in advance, and save people, like me, fiddling about with completed work ready to upload sitting on my machines. All deleted now and detached.
