For 13568 secs the points awarded are 5.20 and this has been happening for some time - using v4.02 on Windows XP - wide variation in award points is causing concern. Is there a problem with your allocation method? Please advise

Have found it is eon Client 4.0 that is responsible for >30 files with calculation error. Please advise what can be done to resolve this problem. Thanks.

I am getting loads of errors also
Over 30 in past 3 days
The work file is always empty
Do you have a fix?
